Management

Massimo Sarmi - Chairman
Massimo Sarmi is Chairman of the Board of GCSEC. He is also CEO and Director General of Poste Italiane Group since May 2002. Member of the Academic Board of the Bocconi University in Milan, since May 2009 is in the board of the International Post Corporation (IPC).

Andrea Rigoni - Director-General
Andrea Rigoni is Director General of GCSEC since May 2010. He has more than 20 years of experience on Cyber Security. He is also member of ICANN Security, Stability and Resilience Review Team and member of ISACA International Board.

Melissa Hathaway
Melissa Hathaway is President of Hathaway Global Strategies, LLC. She served in the Obama Administration and in George W. Bush Administration in Cyber Security field.
 
James Andrew Lewis
James Andrew Lewis is Director of the Technology and Public Policy Program at CSIS. His current research involves innovation and economic change, asymmetric warfare, and intelligence reform.

Judy Baker
Judy has over 25 years experience of operational and advisory roles in security. In 2010, with the support of public and private sectors, she set up Cyber Security Challenge UK Ltd as a not for profit company, designed to attract more highly talented people to a career in cyber security.

John N. Stewart
John N. Stewart has led or participated in security efforts ranging from elementary school IT design to national security programs. As Vice President and Chief Security Officer for Cisco, Stewart leads the security operations, product security, and government security functions.

Igor Nai Fovino - Research Manager
Igor Nai Fovino has a wide experience in research field in various Universities and at European Commission. Since 2007 he is member of the IFIP Working Group on Critical Infrastructure Protection.
 
Elena Agresti - Researcher
Elena was a senior consultant in Booz & Company, in the Global Resilience practice area. She was assistant professor at University of L’Aquila in “Information Security  and Computer Investigations”.
 

Emiliano Casalicchio - Senior Advisor
Researcher at the Computer Science department, University of Rome “Tor Vergata”. Since 2008 he’s an affiliate professor at the University of Roma La Sapienza. He is author of more than 60 papers.

Doug Brent - Senior Advisor
Based in the Silicon Valley, U.S.A., is currently consulting with several organizations. Prior to this work, Mr. Brent was Chief Operating Officer at the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN).

David Conrad - Senior Advisor
David Conrad is a long-time participant in Internet infrastructure and operations. He was Executive Director in ISC (Internet Software Consortium), General Manager in IANA (Internet Assigned Numbers Authority) at ICANN.

After an experience in several advertising agencies, Angelo joined Poste Italiane where he worked in the Advertising Department, in 2010 he was Brand Manager of Poste Italiane.
  Nuria Tascon Rodriguez - Executive Assistant
Nuria worked as Executive Assistant in Lucent Technologies Italy, in ISPE 2000 (joint venture Fiat-Telefonica for mobile UMTS), SDA Express Courier and PosteShop (companies owned by Poste Italiane).
